About Jan Ricker
It is the difference that we make in the lives of others that has led me to expand my career into consulting and coaching. I strive for excellence in every way!
I have over 20 years of practice management experience, including overseeing the daily operations of a large multi-location orthodontic practice in Atlanta, Ga and ultimately the VP of Sales at the largest orthodontic residency program in the U.S..
My record of achievement and success in leadership is evident through my strength in managing multiple projects simultaneously and fostering a cohesive staff. I began my career in 1999 as a chairside assistant and since have mastered every position within the orthodontic practice. I learned that quality assurance, attention to detail, critical thinking, and patient education create the foundation for a successful organization and a rewarding career.
